Tandoori Spice is a blend of several spicy colorful seasonings. Mixing them contributes to an almost spicy and pleasant taste that suits us Iranians well. It is used in cooking all kinds of meat and chicken. Tandoor is a local oven for making kebab. An Indian chef roasted chicken with this spice in a tandoor for the first time and as such, it is called Tandoori Spice. It is relatively spicy that is used in cooking several chicken dishes, stews, soups, chicken barbecue, and a whole set of fries. However, it is most commonly used in making roasted chicken.
