Taksoo Warehousing Rules and Regulations
To enhance the service quality and under the conditions of “safety, health, and storage of product/goods”, Taksoo Team in keeping with contemporaneous standards and protecting consumer's rights, divides warehousing and its regulations into two phases.
To provide quality services, Taksoo warehousing system has been updated with the latest warehousing standards and preserves and stores goods with a standardized process amenable to development, setting out to optimize services by timely need assessment.
In its first phase, warehousing is compliant with health conditions, reserving material value, and intellectual property rights, by getting the most of warehousing, distribution, and packaging techniques, and preparing the goods for in-person delivery/shipment.
After placing the order by customers, the second phase (in-person delivery/shipment) starts to prepare the goods for picking and final packing.
This phase is carried out with user-oriented rules and regulations to optimize services in the following terms:
All Taksoo products have special packaging; however, to ship the orders in an efficient healthy way, before shipment, they are separated and reviewed as integrated packages based on finalized invoices and are delivered to the shipment system.
All products that are already packed need to be repacked save in exceptional cases.
Large packages should not be packed in a single package; Depending on the size, weight, transport conditions, and the package shape, they will be prepared in line with “Convenience and Health Standards” of the current Taksoo instructions.
Ordered parcels are shipped with proper and durable packaging via mail trucks, railways, ships, and mail planes complying with general conditions of destinations and types of services.
Taksoo delivery system
The user-oriented warehousing process is a major undertaking for Taksoo which to develop, the shipping process is selectively defined in proportion to a wide array of audiences.
A- In-person delivery via Taksoo instant delivery system of goods (TIDSG) + list of active TIDSGs with addresses.
B- Shipping via Official Islamic Republic of Iran Post Corporation + Shipment tracking code
Instruction to Make an Order
1- Confirming an order is the requisite for shipment and delivery of goods to Taksoo users and customers. In some cases like in-person delivery failure, on-time delivery failure, incorrect postal code, absence at the time of delivery, etc. which the goods delivery fails, the warehousing will be free for up to two months from the date the order was placed according to the official calendar of Iran. This means that after reviewing by Taksoo experts, if the order has not been shipped or failed in delivery, the storing of the product will be free of charge within two months and the packaging will be ready for shipping and delivery in due time. With mailing delivery, the recipient or buyer will be charged for reshipping.
2- In line with the standards of storage and warehousing of goods, if it takes more than two months to deliver goods, for each extra month 25% of the price of the shopping cart will be calculated as storage cost. By the end of the sixth month from placing the final order, the shopping basket will be depreciated regarding the warehousing costs of the parcels.
3- The cost of warehousing for undelivered shopping carts: each day in the new month will be considered one whole month and the cost of storage will be deducted from the price of the goods for each month. The daily cost is not considered in this calculation.
4- After 185 calendar days (six months and one day) from placing the final order, the invoice will be canceled.
5- On-time delivery and shipment of the confirmed order is the commitment of Taksoo on its customers and users. If customers do not follow up and track their orders, the responsibility rests on the natural or legal person named in the invoice as the customer.
6- You can choose a shipment method that is easier for you. Taksoo offers in-person delivery, instant delivery, or instant delivery of the shopping cart, created and supported via postage.
7- Free-shipping gains a very special competitive advantage for Taksoo users and customers. Owing to full payment of shipping within the country by Taksoo, for undelivered shipped goods, the user and the customer will pay for the reshipping.
8- The location of delivery is up to the user’s choice and final confirmation. You can fill in or edit your exact shipping address along with the postal code before confirming the order from the shipment section.
9- If you choose the shipping method, you can view and track any change of status and the stage of shipped items until they reach their destination on the website and tracking system for shipped items of the Islamic Republic of Iran Post Corporation.
10- It is incumbent to have an organizational number / valid identification document, invoice number, and order registration number in physical deliveries.
11- In the event of placing a wrong order or entering a wrong address through the postal method, the user may edit or call to pursue the matter within an hour at the end of which, if the user does not pursue or follow-up on the matter, the resending charge through postal delivery will be for the buyer to pay. If the order is placed out of office hours (9 to 17), the deadline to follow up on the issue will be effective until 9:15 of the next morning.
12- Returned Goods
If the products are faulty for the reasons below, they will be returned, otherwise, they are not qualified to classify as returned goods;
Technical issues / faulty products
Discrepancy between delivered product with list of confirmed order
Discrepancy in the shipping label or product
Used goods
Non-standard goods
Physically damaged product with healthy packaging confirmed by video documentation of unboxing the package at the time of delivery
In-person Delivery Information and Postal Shipment
Address standards suggest writing addresses this way:
Name of the province and city, district, street, quarter or passage (alley) which is seperated from a street, house number, floor and unit
Sender and receriver’s name and surname, postal code, emergency phone number for prompt notification
Please write down your delivery address completely and accurately. Writing and confirming the correct address is a prerequisite to placing an order on the user’s side and falls under the obligations of customers.
Mailing Insurance by the Islamic Republic of Iran Post Corporation
All postal parcels have general insurance, but if stated by the sender to pay for an additional rate, the insurance could rise up to the claimed value (sender’s statement). Meanwhile, if the parcel is lost or damaged, at first the postal rate and the value of the product (general insurance) will be indemnified up to 6,000,000 Rials, and second (stated insurance) the value of the product will be indemnified upon providing the invoice and based on the convention of the market.
For postal services outside Iran, there are two plans for delivery through air or land. After choosing one and proceeding, the postage rate will be notified and the parcel will be shipped after coordination with the customer.

1. Why are shipped parcels returned?

2. How long are postal items stored?
Assorted by type of service, parcels will be stored for a certain time (for example, Pishtaz parcels are stored at the post office for up to 5 days after the visit to the receiver’s address twice) at the original post office to be delivered to the receiver. The receiver can go to the post office according to the specified address on the entry notice and receive the registered parcel.
3. Is it possible for the receiver to have the mail carrier’s phone number of his/her place of residence?

4. What happens if the receiver is not present at the address?
The mail carrier goes to the receiver’s address to deliver the registered parcels; if the receiver is not present at the specified address on the parcel for any reason, the mail carrier will issue a notice to inform the receiver that he will apply again on a specified day and time to deliver the parcel. If the delivery fails for the second time, the mail carrier will issue a notice again asking the receiver to refer to the post office and receive the parcel. This notice is put in the mailbox or any other place that would be available to the receiver.
