Turkish Coffee
Product Introduction
Pagani Turkish coffee, with a flavor suited to Iranian tastes, is a blend of Arabica and Robusta beans. This ground coffee is made from the best coffee beans and is prepared by mixing water with the ground beans and boiling them directly over a flame. To make Turkish coffee, you need a special pot called a cezve or ibrik by the Turks.
Ingredients
45% Arabica coffee beans and 55% Robusta coffee beans.
How to Use
Pagani Turkish coffee powder, as its name suggests, is intended for making Turkish coffee. To brew Turkish coffee, you only need one tool called a cezve. The cezve is similar to a small milk pot, but its design is a bit different. The cezve, also known as a coffee pot, has a narrow neck which makes it easy to pour the liquid into a cup. For making Turkish coffee, you need a cezve (coffee pot), fine ground Turkish coffee powder, and sugar (if desired). In all brewing methods, the ratio of coffee powder to water is important to achieve a suitable beverage, though this also depends on your taste. The rule is to use eight grams of coffee powder for every 100 ml (100 cc) of water. Approximately one slightly heaped tablespoon equals eight grams of coffee. To measure water, use a teapot or container with volume markers.
- Fill the cezve up to the marked line or just below the neck with water and place it over the flame.
- Add the required amount of Pagani coffee powder. For example, for 200 cc of water, add 16 grams of coffee powder on the surface of the water without stirring. Allow the coffee powder to remain on the water's surface. If you wish to use sugar, add it at this stage as well, without stirring the mixture.
- When the water reaches boiling point, the coffee will foam and rise. As soon as it rises, remove it from the heat. You can repeat this process two or three times.
As mentioned, pay attention to the coffee-to-water ratio. For the first time, follow this ratio and focus on the taste and flavor. Over time, by adjusting the proportions, you can achieve your desired beverage.
