How and When to Use
For every 180 cc of water, put two teaspoons of tea in a teapot. Green Tea and Peppermint can be brewed in two different ways. For a better taste, it is recommended not to place the tea under direct heat.
For a light flavor: brew for 3 minutes at 75 to 80°C.
For a strong and robust flavor: brew for 5 minutes at 75 to 80°C.
You may consume up to 3 cups per day, one to two hours after meals.
