How to brew: Add 2 teaspoons of tea for every 180 cc. of water. There are two ways to brew this tea. It is best, however not to use direct heating for a better taste.
For a weak tea, you need to brew for 5 minutes at 85˚C.
For a strong tea, you need to brew for 10 minutes at 85˚C.
