How to Use
You can prepare Pagani Arabica coffee using various tools such as a Moka pot, Chemex, or V60. Below, we explain how to prepare this product with a Chemex. For more information about Chemex, you can visit the coffee equipment introduction page. To prepare, you will need boiled water, a paper or metal Chemex filter, a Chemex, and Pagani Arabica coffee powder. The ratio of water to coffee is very important for achieving the desired flavor. The standard ratio for this method is 60 grams of coffee per one liter of water. If you use less water, you should decrease the amount of coffee proportionally.
- First, boil 400 to 500 milliliters of water and place the paper filter inside the Chemex.
- Pour some boiled water into the filter and then discard the water to prevent the paper filter's taste from entering the coffee.
- Put 20 grams of Pagani Arabica coffee into the filter. 20 grams is approximately equivalent to two heaping tablespoons of coffee.
- Pour the boiled water first in the center and then in a circular motion from the center outwards until you see a foam appear. Allow the water to completely pass through the filter to finish the first brewing stage.
- Again, pour the water in a spiral motion into the filter. Continue until the prepared water volume is finished. From the second stage on, the water flow will decrease and finally will drip out.
As mentioned, pay attention to the ratio of coffee to water. For the first time, maintain this ratio and pay attention to the taste and flavor. Over time, by adjusting this ratio, you can achieve the beverage that suits your preference.
