How to brew: You can prepare Pagani Arabica coffee with various tools such as Mokapat, Chemex Coffeemaker, and V60. To prepare boiling water, you need a special paper or metal filter for it, Chemex and Arabica Pagani coffee powder. The amount of water and coffee need to achieve the desired taste. The standard ratio in this method is 60 grams of coffee per liter of water. As you reduce the amount of water, you should also reduce the amount of coffee. First, boil 400 to 500 ml of water and put the paper filter in the Chemex.

1- Pour some boiling water into the filter and empty the camouflage so that the taste of the paper filter does not enter the coffee.

2- Pour 20 grams of Pagani Arabica coffee into the filter. 20 grams is about the equivalent of two tablespoons of coffee.

3- First, pour the boiling water in the center and go in a circle from the center to the sides so that the foam appears. Allow the water to drain completely from the filter until the first stage is complete.

4- Pour the water into the filter again. Continue until the pre-prepared water volume is complete.
From the second stage onwards, the water flow decreases, and in the end, it drops out.
